1. INTRODUCTION
This agreement establishes the rules between all users playing WarDeck ("Game") and the developer team. By registering for the game, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. ACCOUNT SECURITY
WarDeck accounts operate integrated with users' Steam accounts and do not use an external password system. Therefore, ensuring the security of your Steam account is entirely your responsibility. Management cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from the theft of your Steam account or access by unauthorized persons.
3. CODE OF CONDUCT
Swearing, insulting, humiliation, racism, and hate speech are strictly prohibited in the game. Accounts engaging in such behavior will be banned indefinitely.
4. CHEATING AND BUG ABUSE
Exploiting game bugs (bug abuse), using cheat programs, or engaging in actions that disrupt the system's operation is prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and all progress deleted.
5. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS
The "WarGem" virtual currency and other virtual items (cards, cosmetics, gold, etc.) used in the game are for in-game use only. Ownership of these items belongs to the developer, and the user is granted only a limited, non-transferable license to use them. WarGems or other items cannot be converted into real money, refunded (subject to legal obligations and platform rules), or sold between players for real money.
6. IN-GAME PURCHASES
In-game purchases are made through third-party platforms (e.g., Steam). Purchase transactions are subject to the rules and refund policies of the respective platform. The developer team reserves the right to change the prices of virtual items at any time.
7. SERVICE CHANGES
The developer team reserves the right to update, change, or stop the game at any time.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All graphics, sound, and software codes of the game are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying or distribution is a crime.
