END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Grant of License
This software is licensed for personal, educational, and entertainment use only.
Commercial use, redistribution, modification, and reverse engineering are strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and intellectual property rights
in and to this software and related materials remain the property of the developer.
3. Technical Disclaimer
This software is a drone operation training simulator.
It does not guarantee the accuracy, applicability, or safety of actual drone operation.
The developer shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages,
or legal responsibilities arising from the use or application of this software,
whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
This software is provided "AS IS," without any express or implied warranties.
Errors or malfunctions may occur due to operating environments or technical limitations.
The developer has no obligation to provide technical fixes or support for this software.
5. User Obligations
Users shall use this software lawfully and shall not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
6. Modification of Agreement
The developer may revise this agreement as necessary,
and the revised agreement shall take effect upon publication.
7. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Formation and Termination of Agreement
Users may use this software only if they agree to this agreement.
By installing or using the software, users are deemed to have fully agreed to this agreement.
If users violate this agreement, the license to use this software shall terminate immediately.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes between the user and the developer
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
10. Language Clause
Translations of this agreement into other languages are provided for reference only.
The Japanese version shall be the legally binding original.
11. Survival of Provisions
Even after termination of this agreement, the provisions of Section 2 (Intellectual Property Rights),
Section 3 (Technical Disclaimer), Section 4 (Disclaimer of Warranty), Section 6 (Modification of Agreement),
Section 7 (Severability), and Section 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) shall remain in effect.
