End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Dungeon Trader.

By installing, copying, modifying, or using the game, you agree to the following terms.

1. Allowed Use

You are allowed to:

  • Play the game for personal use
  • Reverse engineer the game for educational or modding purposes
  • Create mods for the game
  • Share mods for free

2. Modding Rules

Mods are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Mods must be free
  • Mods cannot contain stolen content
  • Mods cannot include original game assets without permission

Selling mods or paid access to mods is NOT allowed.

3. Game Assets

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Share original game files
  • Sell original game files
  • Reupload the game assets
  • Use the assets in another project

unless you have permission from the developer.

4. Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering is allowed for:

  • Learning
  • Modding
  • Compatibility

Reverse engineering for piracy, cheating, or asset extraction is not allowed.

  • 5. Cheating and Leaderboards

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Use cheats to gain advantage in leaderboards
  • Modify the game to submit fake scores
  • Use external tools to manipulate rankings

The developer may remove scores or restrict access if cheating is detected.

6. No Warranty

This game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

The developer is not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Hardware damage
  • Software conflicts

7. Changes to this Agreement

This EULA may be updated at any time.

By continuing to use the game, you accept the new terms.
