This Software (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") is a work produced by HogeKo Game Studios (hereinafter referred to as the "Producer"), which is a legal contract between you and the "User") and the producer. By installing, copying, downloading or executing the game, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.
Article 1 (Authorization of Right to Use)
The creator grants the user the right to use the game for personal and non-commercial purposes in a non-exclusive and non-transferable form.
All rights (copyrights, trademark rights, data, etc.) of this game belong to the creator.
Users are not allowed to modify, reverse-analysis, decompile, or reverse-engineer this game.
Article 2 (Content and Secondary Creation)
Producers allow non-commercial secondary creation such as fan art, reviews, and live action.
However, the following acts are prohibited.
Production and distribution of sexual, hateful, and violent secondary creations that undermine the workability or distort the nature of characters and stories
Secondary distribution by bypassing or removing the DRM or protection device of this game
If you want commercial use (paid goods, sales purpose video, etc.), prior written permission from the producer is required.
Article 3 (Streaming and Video Transmission)
Users can upload the play video of the game on video platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
However, in-game BGM, videos, or certain productions may include copyrighted music or third-party assets, which may result in Content ID (CID) warnings or revenue restrictions.
The producer is not responsible for such warnings or revenue restrictions.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
The user shall not.
Unauthorized copying, redistributing, and selling of game files
Unauthorized extraction and use of game internal data (images, sounds, scripts, etc.)
Production and distribution of pirated, cracked versions
malicious behavior that harms other users
Article 5 (Exemption Clause)
This game is provided "as it is" and the creator is not responsible for any data loss, system error, or financial damage that occurred during the user's use.
This game is fiction, and the characters, events, groups, etc. that appear are irrelevant to the real thing.
In-game representation is part of the creation, and there is no intention of disparaging or mocking a particular group or individual.
Article 6 (Termination of Contract)
If the user violates the provisions of this Agreement, the creator may terminate the user's license without further notice.
At the end of the contract, the user must immediately delete the game and related data.
Article 7 (Other)
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the producer shall be the court having jurisdiction over the first trial.
The Producer may change this Agreement without prior notice, and the changed Agreement shall take effect immediately upon notice.
This Agreement shall take effect on January 16, 2025.
