This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between You (“You” or “User”) and Kocow Games (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) governing Your access to and use of any game software, downloadable content, updates, and related services developed or published by Kocow Games (“Service”).

By installing, launching, accessing, or using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these terms, You must not access or use the Service.

1. Licence Grant
Kocow Games grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service solely for Your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this EULA, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Service and all related content, including but not limited to software, game assets, virtual goods, artwork, audio, design, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Kocow Games or their respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved.

You are not granted any ownership or property rights in the Service or its content.

3. Virtual Goods and In-Game Content
All virtual goods, in-game currency, and digital items provided through the Service are licensed, not sold. These items have no real-world monetary value and may not be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the Service.

Kocow Games may modify, suspend, or remove virtual goods at any time without liability.

4. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is subject to the Kocow Games Privacy Policy. By using the Service, You consent to the collection and use of information as described therein, including the use of third-party service providers.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• use the Service for unlawful purposes
• interfere with or disrupt the Service
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• use cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorised third-party tools

6. Updates and Availability
Kocow Games may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service may require installing updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kocow Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kocow Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination
Kocow Games may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service at any time if You breach this EULA, the Privacy Policy, or the Terms of Use. Upon termination, Your licence to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of South Korea, excluding its conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.

11. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, forms the entire agreement between You and Kocow Games regarding the Service and supersedes any prior agreements.
