END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Trinitytech Studios LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your access to and use of the video game software titled “Pragma Once” (the “Game”), including any associated media, updates, patches, downloadable content, and online services.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Trinitytech Studios LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a device you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted by this Agreement
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where prohibited by law
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, DRM, or anti-cheat mechanisms
Use the Game in any unlawful manner or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
3. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Trinitytech Studios LLC and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. Updates and Online Services
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its discretion. Such updates may be required to continue using the Game. Online features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
5. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the Game allows you to create or upload content, you grant Trinitytech Studios LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Game.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Company does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRINITYTECH STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinitytech Studios LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Game or violation of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
