1. Local Operation: s[TOR-Y]telling is a local, single-player sandbox tool. The Developer does not monitor, collect, or host the stories or images created or imported by the User.
2. User Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for all content imported into the software (images, character descriptions, and names). The User warrants that they have the rights to use such assets.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT & CONDUCT: The User is strictly prohibited from attempting to generate, import, or facilitate the creation of content that includes, but is not limited to:
Sexual Violence & Exploitation: Content involving non-consensual sexual acts, pedophilia, or any form of minor abuse/exploitation.
Explicit Material: Description of graphic nudity or explicit sexual behavior.
Graphic Violence: Detailed and gratuitous descriptions of torture, mutilation, or suicide.
Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
Real-World Likeness: Deceptive simulations of real-world public figures or private individuals without their express consent.
Any content that violates the Meta Llama 3.1 Acceptable Use Policy.
