END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Superhero Panda Ltd ("Company," "we," or "us") regarding your use of The Shadow Crown video game (the "Game").
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the sole property of Superhero Panda Ltd. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose
4. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance for the Game.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERHERO PANDA LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Superhero Panda Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Superhero Panda Ltd regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements.
