VRCTEEF End User License Agreement
Effective Date: March 17, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Toxikey Digital, developed by Toxicy ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), for the use of VRCTEEF (the "Software").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VRCTEEF, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VRCTEEF for personal, lawful use.
VRCTEEF is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Toxikey Digital and Toxicy.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the Software
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where allowed by law
remove or alter any copyright, branding, or proprietary notices
use the Software for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
use the Software in a way that violates the terms of Steam, VRChat, or other third-party platforms or services
3. Third-Party Platforms and Services
VRCTEEF may interact with third-party platforms, software, hardware, avatars, drivers, and services, including VRChat and Steam.
We are not responsible for changes, issues, incompatibilities, or limitations caused by third-party platforms, avatars, hardware, software, or updates.
Your use of third-party platforms and services is subject to their own terms and rules.
4. Avatar Compatibility Disclaimer
VRCTEEF is intended to work with VRChat avatars that use compatible face-tracking setups, but compatibility is not guaranteed.
By using VRCTEEF, you understand and agree that:
some avatars may not work with the Software at all
some avatars may only work partially
some avatars may function, but not perform well
avatars with custom, non-standard, or unusual face-tracking setups may not be supported or may behave incorrectly
even avatars that appear compatible may give different results depending on setup, calibration, rigging, parameters, blendshapes, or other avatar-specific factors
You are responsible for testing your avatar and setup to determine whether VRCTEEF works for your intended use.
5. Early Access / Beta Notice
VRCTEEF may be released or provided in Early Access, beta, experimental, or otherwise unfinished form.
By using the Software, you understand and agree that:
the Software may contain bugs, errors, crashes, or other technical issues
some features may be incomplete, changed, removed, or temporarily unavailable
performance and compatibility may vary between updates, devices, avatars, and setups
your experience may not be stable, polished, or consistent at all times
You use VRCTEEF with the understanding that it may still be actively developed and improved.
6. No Warranty
VRCTEEF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every avatar, setup, device, or system.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toxikey Digital and Toxicy are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, VRCTEEF.
Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, change, improve, limit, or remove features of VRCTEEF at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with any specific avatar, VRChat version, Steam version, device, or third-party tool.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in VRCTEEF, including its software, branding, name, and related content, remain the property of Toxikey Digital and/or Toxicy.
