Snap Game

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and IQ Gaming Studio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your installation, access to, and use of the video game Snap Game ("Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the Game.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

No ownership rights in the Game are transferred to you. The Game is licensed, not sold.

2. Ownership

The Game, including but not limited to its software, code, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, text, gameplay mechanics, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

3.1 Copying and Distribution

Copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, share, upload, publish, transmit, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise make available any part of the Game except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Extract, copy, modify, or redistribute any Game files, assets, resources, data, or content.
Create mirrors, archives, or unauthorized backups for distribution.
Share Game files with any third party.

3.2 Reverse Engineering

Except where prohibited from restriction by applicable law, you may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, encryption, anti-tamper, or anti-cheat mechanisms.

3.3 Unauthorized Software and Cheating

You may not:

Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, exploits, automation software, macros, trainers, injectors, memory editors, packet manipulation tools, or any other unauthorized third-party software that affects gameplay.
Use software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
Modify game memory, executable files, configuration files, or network communications.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for competitive advantage.
Develop, distribute, advertise, or promote software designed to cheat in the Game.
Assist, encourage, or facilitate cheating by other users.

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take enforcement actions, including account restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, leaderboard removals, and termination of access to the Game.

4. Online Services

The Game may include online features, multiplayer services, leaderboards, cloud saves, or other network functionality.

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any online service at any time without liability.

Access to online services may require a valid Steam account and compliance with the terms of the Steam platform.

The Company may permanently restrict a user's access to online features and services for violations of this Agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Game for unlawful purposes.
Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users.
Interfere with the operation of servers, services, or networks.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, accounts, or data.
Use the Game in a manner that negatively affects the experience of other users.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect the integrity of the Game, the Company may implement anti-cheat, anti-tamper, and security technologies.

The Company may investigate suspected violations of this Agreement and may take any action deemed necessary, including:

Issuing warnings.
Removing leaderboard entries or achievements obtained through prohibited means.
Suspending or permanently terminating access to online features.
Revoking the license granted under this Agreement.

7. Updates

The Company may provide patches, updates, bug fixes, content updates, or other modifications to the Game.

Such updates may be required for continued use of some or all Game features.

8. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

The Company may terminate or suspend this Agreement immediately if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination:

Your license to use the Game immediately ends.
You must cease all use of the Game.
You must delete all copies of the Game in your possession to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE GAME.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cyprus.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the Game.
