This agreement constitutes a licensing contract between you (the user of the software) and the developer/publisher (the creator of the software).

- Copyrights: The name of the game and the software (the game itself) are protected by copyright. The game's graphics and audio assets are the intellectual property of various individuals and companies—specifically, the creators of the RPG Maker series and the individuals who provided said graphics and audio assets.
- In the event of any violation of this License Agreement, I reserve the right to revoke the offender's license and to file criminal charges against the individual in question.
