FLORAL FURY ONLINE – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the game. By downloading, installing, creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use the game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1) PARTIES AND SCOPE
This Agreement applies to Floral Fury Online (the “Game”) and all related services, updates, content, and features. “We”, “developer”, or “publisher” refers to the owner of the game; “you” refers to the user.
2) LICENSE GRANT
You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Game. This license does not allow reverse engineering, copying, distribution, rental, sale, derivative works, or unauthorized duplication.
3) ACCOUNT, AGE, AND SECURITY
You must meet the minimum legal age required to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4) ONLINE SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY
The Game includes online services and requires an internet connection. Server downtime, maintenance, latency, packet loss, device/network issues, or third‑party service outages may affect gameplay. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
5) UPDATES, BALANCING, AND CONTENT CHANGES
The Game and its content may be updated, balanced, modified, or removed over time. These changes may affect progression, features, characters, items, economy, or in‑game advantages. Data resets (wipes) may be performed if necessary.
6) VIRTUAL ITEMS AND ECONOMY
In‑game currencies, items, cosmetics, progress, and rights are for in‑game use only. They have no real‑world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. You do not own virtual items; you receive a limited license to use them.
7) PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
In‑app purchases and digital content may be final, subject to legal exceptions. Refund policies of payment providers and platforms (Steam, etc.) apply. Responsibility for mistaken purchases or platform/connection errors is handled according to those policies.
8) RULES OF CONDUCT AND CHEATING
The following are prohibited:
- Cheating, bots, exploits, macros, automation, or third‑party tools
- Disrupting the game, interfering with services, or abusing security flaws
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or targeting other players
- Unauthorized data collection, spam, scams, impersonation
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
9) USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATION
You are responsible for your in‑game chat, usernames, images, and content. Illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or rights‑violating content is prohibited. We may remove content and take action on accounts as necessary.
10) DATA LOSS AND SAVES
Progress or data may be lost or unrecoverable due to technical issues, disconnections, updates, data incompatibilities, or third‑party service failures. We will make reasonable efforts to protect data integrity but are not liable for data loss.
11) THIRD‑PARTY SERVICES
The Game may integrate with third‑party services such as Steam and PlayFab. Their terms also apply. We are not responsible for third‑party service interruptions or failures.
12) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranties are provided. We do not guarantee that errors will be eliminated or that performance will be uninterrupted.
13) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, data, or time. Our total liability, if any, may be limited to the amount paid in the last 6 months.
14) TERMINATION
If you violate this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your account. Upon termination, your license ends.
15) CHANGES
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Updates may be announced in‑game or on official channels. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16) GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
