Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Cubicle Cats ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Game on devices compatible with Steam
- Create backups of the Game for personal use
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Remove or alter copyright notices
- Use the Game for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works
- Share your Steam account with others
Ownership
The Game, including all content, code, graphics, and sounds, is owned by Tristan Nohrer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Steam Terms
This license is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. You must comply with Steam's terms of service.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
Updates and Modifications
We may update or modify the Game at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
