END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Molond ("Developer") for the use of the video game Escape The DaPieGuy ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
The Game and all related content, including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, music, gameplay systems, visual effects, and trademarks, are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Players are permitted to modify, analyze, reverse engineer, create content for, or experiment with the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes.
However, users may not redistribute paid assets, proprietary third-party content, or claim ownership of the original Game or its assets.
The Game may contain third-party assets, software, audio, visual effects, or tools licensed from the Unity Asset Store and other providers.
All third-party content remains the property of their respective owners and is protected by copyright and licensing laws.
Users may not extract, redistribute, reuse, resell, or modify third-party assets included within the Game except where explicitly permitted by the original license holders.
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate your access to the Game if you violate this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
