END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of ApePoint Extraction ("Developer").
By installing, accessing, or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
1. LICENSE
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ApePoint Extraction for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. OWNERSHIP
ApePoint Extraction and all related content, including but not limited to code, assets, models, audio, trademarks, and branding, are owned by the Developer. The software is licensed, not sold.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not, without prior written permission from the Developer:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Create or distribute cheats, hacks, mods, or exploits
• Use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Use the software for commercial purposes
• Reupload, resell, or redistribute any part of the software or its assets
4. ONLINE FEATURES AND CONDUCT
This software includes online multiplayer features which require an internet connection.
You agree to use the software in a fair and lawful manner and not to disrupt the experience of others.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or ban users for cheating, exploiting, harassment, or other abusive behavior.
5. ENFORCEMENT AND CEASE AND DESIST
Any unauthorized use of the software or violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license.
The Developer reserves the right to issue a cease and desist notice, revoke access, disable accounts, pursue takedowns, and take further legal or technical action as necessary to protect its intellectual property and services.
Failure to comply with a cease and desist request may result in additional enforcement actions.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of data, service interruptions, or online service outages.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
The Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
