AI Faith: Compute
User Service Agreement and Disclaimer
Preface
Welcome to AI Faith: Compute (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”). This Game is a digital entertainment product based on AI logic and computing power allocation simulation. Before entering any computing node and starting the Game, please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking “Accept” or launching the client, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
Part One: Zero Commitment on Earnings and Value (Core Terms)
1.1 Non-Investment Nature Confirmation
The Game is solely a digital entertainment product based on computing power concepts. All in-game tokens, values, computing power points, AIC, coins, diamonds, assets, titles, or any other virtual items have no legal tender status, no anchored real-world value, and do not constitute any form of investment or financial instrument.
1.2 No Return Guarantee
The developers explicitly state that they do not promise, guarantee, or imply any actual economic returns. Any investment of time, electricity, or real money by users is considered personal entertainment consumption.
1.3 Risk Borne by User
You understand that computing power allocation in the AI-simulated environment is inherently volatile. The developers make no guarantee regarding the preservation or appreciation of any virtual assets. Any fluctuations caused by network issues, technical adjustments, computing power reallocation, or rule optimizations do not constitute grounds for compensation.
1.4 Right to Balance Adjustments
You fully acknowledge and agree that, to maintain overall gameplay balance, fix numerical logic issues, or optimize player experience, the operator reserves the right to adjust, modify, or reset all in-game numerical parameters at any time. In cases of numerical imbalance, mechanism anomalies, or economic system collapse, the operator may independently implement corrections. This includes (but is not limited to) item attributes, drop rates, computing power yields, consumption costs, battle multipliers, and all other game data. You have no objection to such adjustments.
Part Two: Penalties for Violations and Right to Public Prosecution
2.1 Prohibition of Cheats and Exploits
Fair computing power competition is the core value of the Game. The use of any third-party software, emulators, modifiers, automation scripts (bots), accelerators, or unauthorized tools to interfere with the Game is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Bug Exploitation
Users are strictly prohibited from exploiting any program vulnerabilities (bugs) to farm values, conduct illegal arbitrage, or disrupt balance. Upon discovery, the developers reserve the right to take the following measures (including but not limited to):
- Numerical Reset: Deduct all improperly obtained values and associated benefits.
- Permanent Account Ban: Revoke access to all related accounts with no refund of any consumed amounts.
- Server-wide Traceback: The right to trace and correct any server-wide computing power disruptions caused by cheating.
2.3 Legal Action and Public Prosecution
If a user’s cheating, attacks, or technical misconduct severely impacts system stability or unlawfully harms other users’ data and interests, the developers will preserve evidence and refer the case to judicial authorities. For extremely severe cases, the developers reserve the right to initiate criminal public prosecution or civil litigation and demand compensation for all technical losses and reputational damages.
Part Three: User Conduct Standards (Prohibited Behaviors)
Users must not disrupt game balance or interfere with normal service operation. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- System Interference: Mass account registration, server flooding, DDoS attacks, or any actions causing server downtime or lag.
- Bug Exploitation: Using known or unknown vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages, farm resources, or break fairness.
- Cheating: Use of hacks, third-party scripts, emulators, modifiers, or accelerators.
- Hardware Cheating: Use of keyboard/mouse synchronizers, auto-clickers, or any hardware that causes abnormal data gains.
- Unauthorized Trading: Trading virtual items outside official channels; recharging or purchasing services through unofficial or discounted gray-market channels.
- Disruptive Behavior: Malicious teaming, passive/afk farming, spreading illegal content, or impersonating official staff for personal gain.
Part Four: Data Monitoring and Violation Handling
4.1 Abnormal Data Determination
You acknowledge and agree that, due to the concealed nature of cheating, the Game has the right to independently determine violations based on backend data monitoring and abnormal fluctuations.
4.2 Penalty Measures
Upon confirming a violation, the developers may, depending on severity, implement the following measures (including but not limited to):
- Content Reset: Clear or restore improperly obtained data and information.
- Asset Zeroing: All values, computing power points, and rewards obtained through hacks, hardware cheating, or bugs will be permanently cleared.
- Access Ban: Temporary or permanent account suspension, and/or device-level (PC/mobile) login restrictions.
4.3 Right to Pursue Legal Action
For violations that severely affect system stability or cause large-scale damage to other users’ legitimate interests, the developers reserve the right to transfer evidence to public security authorities, initiate criminal or civil proceedings, and demand full compensation (including reputational damage, legal fees, litigation costs, etc.).
Part Five: General Disclaimer and Rights Ownership
5.1 Ownership Declaration
All in-game data (including accounts, characters, and virtual assets) belongs to the developers. Users only have a limited right to use such data during the validity period of this Agreement.
5.2 Service Termination
Due to the experimental nature of the AI-driven gameplay, the developers reserve the right to adjust, suspend, or reset game nodes with prior notice.
5.3 Third-Party Liability Exemption
The developers are exempt from liability (to the maximum extent permitted by law) for service interruptions or data loss caused by telecommunications maintenance, hacker attacks, government actions, or other force majeure events.
5.4 Reference Standards
Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by relevant provisions regarding fair play and disclaimers in the Steam User Agreement.
Part Six: Agreement Amendments
6.1 Amendment Effectiveness
The developers reserve the right to amend this Agreement when necessary. The latest version will be available on relevant pages.
6.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance
Continued use of the Game after any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Agreement.
By entering the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms above.
