End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rights and obligations between DRAGONFLY Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and the user (“User” or “You”) regarding the installation, access, and use of the video game Special Force Remastered (“Game”) and related services.
The Game is distributed via the Steam platform, and your use of Steam services may also be subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement provided by Valve Corporation.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game.
The Game is licensed, not sold.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company.
2. Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to:
- software
- game content
- characters
- graphics
- sound effects
- music
- audiovisual elements
- trademarks and logos
- game data
are owned by the Company or its licensors.
Such rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
3. Restrictions
You agree to use the Game only in accordance with this Agreement and you may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- create derivative works based on the Game
- sell, rent, lease, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game
- use cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, or other unauthorized programs
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Game
- interfere with the operation of the Game servers or services
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Game if such activities are detected.
4. User Accounts
An account may be required to access certain features of the Game.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
- all activities conducted through your account
Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others.
5. Virtual Currency and Items
The Game may include virtual currency known as Special Credits (SC) and other virtual items.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that:
- virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value
- virtual currency and items are licensed, not owned
- they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real-world currency
- they may not be transferred outside the Game or between users
The Company may modify, adjust, or remove virtual currency or virtual items as necessary for service operation.
6. Third-Party Software
The Game may include third-party software or services, including:
Easy Anti-Cheat
You agree to comply with the applicable license terms of such third-party providers.
In order to maintain a fair gameplay environment, anti-cheat technologies such as Easy Anti-Cheat may monitor your system and gameplay data to detect cheating or unauthorized software.
Any data collected through such technologies will be processed in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
7. Updates and Patches
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game to ensure proper operation.
Such updates may be required in order to continue using the Game.
You acknowledge that the Company may access the Game software installed on your device in order to deploy and apply such updates.
8. Online Services
The Game requires an internet connection to access online services.
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate online services for reasons including:
- scheduled maintenance
- updates
- security improvements
- service policy changes
The Company does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Game services.
9. User Generated Content
During gameplay, users may create or share certain content such as gameplay recordings or related media.
By creating or sharing such content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for purposes related to operating, promoting, or improving the Game.
The Company permits users to create and share gameplay videos or streams on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, provided such activities comply with this Agreement and applicable laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Game and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company makes no warranties regarding:
- uninterrupted service
- error-free operation
- fitness for a particular purpose
11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Company and its licensors shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- loss of profits
- loss of data
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and licensors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of this Agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and the Company:
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea.
13. Termination and Modification
Your license to use the Game remains valid as long as you comply with this Agreement.
If you violate this Agreement, your license will automatically terminate.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Game from your device.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement when necessary.
Updated versions will be announced through the official website or Steam services.
Continued use of the Game after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
14. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Game.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
