This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and the developer of Mascot Mayhem (“Developer”, “Me”, “Us”, “Our”) governing your use of the video game Mascot Mayhem (“Game”), available on Steam and Google Play.
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Mascot Mayhem for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The Game and all original content, including but not limited to code, artwork, music, sound effects, UI, logos, and original characters, are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game or any of its content.
3. Third-Party & Crossover Content
Mascot Mayhem may include crossover characters, references, or content that are owned by third parties. Credits are in-game. and linked elsewhere.
The Developer does not claim ownership over any third-party characters or intellectual property.
All third-party content remains the property of its respective owners.
Inclusion of such content does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the rights holders.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
