1. License Grant
Kazuho (“Rightsholder”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TimeCat (the “Game”) for personal, non-commercial gameplay purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not, without prior written permission from the Rightsholder:
copy, modify, redistribute, resell, rent, lend, transfer, publicly display, or otherwise distribute the Game, including any code, data, or assets;
re-upload, republish, or otherwise use the Game or any part of it;
extract, reuse, distribute, or publish any in-game assets (including art, audio, text, or other content), including distributing assets separately;
use the Game for commercial purposes, including sale, advertising, promotion, merchandising, or business/organizational use.
Streaming / Let’s Plays are permitted only as stated below.
3. Streaming / Let’s Plays (Including Monetization)
You may publish gameplay videos, livestreams, and screenshots of the Game, including monetized content (ads, donations, memberships, etc.).
However, distributing the Game files or assets themselves, infringing third-party rights, or using the Game to facilitate unlawful activity is prohibited.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game are owned by Kazuho and/or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RIGHTSHOLDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE GAME.
