2.6. Streaming and Media Use
Subject to compliance with this EULA, the User is expressly permitted to capture, stream, record, publish, and monetize gameplay footage of the Software for editorial, commercial, and non-commercial purposes, including advertisements and platform monetization.
Pre-Release Embargo: Notwithstanding the above, during backer beta and pre-release testing phases, streaming and sharing of content may be restricted by embargo. You will be notified of specific embargo dates and restrictions at the start of each testing phase. During an active embargo period, you may not share, publish, stream, or publicly discuss any content from the Software until the embargo lifts. Violation of embargo restrictions may result in termination of beta access and removal from future testing programs.
