END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
1. LICENSE GRANT
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software product ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
2. PROHIBITION OF REVERSE ENGINEERING
You may not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of this Software, in whole or in part, nor permit any third party to do so, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
3. PROHIBITION OF REDISTRIBUTION AND COMMERCIAL USE
You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software or any part thereof to any third party without express prior written authorization from the Developer. Commercial use of the Software assets without permission is strictly prohibited.
4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND GENERATED CONTENT
This Software utilizes local Artificial Intelligence (AI) models (e.g., via Ollama). The User acknowledges that AI outputs are generated probabilistically and automation tools are provided "as-is". The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, appropriateness, or legality of content generated by the AI models running on the User's hardware. The User agrees to assume full responsibility for the use of any AI-generated content and to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding AI usage.
5. OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Software) are owned by the Developer or its suppliers. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. 7. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
