End User License Agreement (EULA) for TwinZ

IMPORTANT: BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS GAME, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. License
Will2Palme grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use this game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

- Copy, distribute, rent, lend, or resell the game.
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.

- Use the game to create derivative works for commercial purposes.

3. Ownership
The game and all its content remain the exclusive property of Will2Palme.
The music included in the game was purchased through Fiverr with all usage rights.

4. Liability
The game is provided "as is," without any warranty of functionality or compatibility. Will2Palme will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the game.

5. Termination
This license terminates immediately if you violate any of the above clauses. Upon termination, you must uninstall the game and destroy all copies.

6. Acceptance
By installing or using the game, you agree to abide by this agreement.
