This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and MAJOR9 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “MAJOR9,” “we,” or “us”). This Agreement governs your use of OUTERPLANE and its related services, including any associated websites and communities (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”).

You should carefully read this Agreement before installing or using the Services. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU (A) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT; (B) REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT; AND (C) ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
