This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Andre Nothof, operating as mooGAMES ("Developer," "I," or "me"), for the use of HexaMerge ("Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
  
• Use the Game on devices that you own or control

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission
  
• Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software
  
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the Game
  
• Transfer your license to another person or account

The Game, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, music, sounds, and code, is owned by Andre Nothof (mooGAMES) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.

If the Game allows you to create or share content:

• You retain ownership of content you create
  
• You grant me a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Game
  
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

The Game uses Steam services provided by Valve Corporation. Your use of Steam is subject to Steam's Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy. I do not collect any personal data directly. Any data collected through Steam is governed by Valve's policies.

I may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These updates may be required for continued use and may modify or remove features.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANDRE NOTHOF (MOOGAMES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
