These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the online competitive card game "Gorotsuki Paradise" provided by Kojika Games ("we," "us," or "our"; the "Service").
By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all matters between us and the user relating to the use of the Service.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Service provides online matches, the purchase of in-game currency, the purchase of digital products such as VIP Passes, and other related features.
We may add to, modify, suspend, or terminate the content of the Service without prior notice to users.
Article 3 (Accounts)
- Users shall use the Service in accordance with the methods prescribed by us.
- Anonymous login, login through linked third-party services, and other login methods approved by us may be available.
- Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.
- We are not liable for damages arising from account theft, unauthorized use, loss of a device, or other insufficient account management by the user, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- Where supported by us, users may be able to link multiple third-party service accounts to the same Service account. Except where otherwise approved by us, an unlinked separate account cannot be swapped, transferred, or carried over.
- We may not be able to respond to requests relating to the preceding item, even if contacted by the user.
Article 4 (Use by Minors)
If a minor uses the Service or purchases paid products, the minor must do so with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
We may verify the existence of such consent when necessary.
Article 5 (Paid Products)
- The Service may sell paid products such as in-game coins, VIP Passes, and other items designated by us.
- Prices, contents, conditions for granting items, and other details shall be displayed on the purchase screen, store screen, or within the Service.
- VIP Passes are one-time purchase products and are not subscriptions.
- We may add new paid products in the future.
Article 6 (Payment Methods)
Payment for paid products shall be made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, Stripe (browser payment), or any other platform or payment method designated by us.
Payment conditions, billing timing, and other details are subject to the rules of each platform or payment provider.
Article 7 (Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds)
- Due to the nature of digital products, in-game coins, VIP Passes, and other digital items cannot, in principle, be cancelled or refunded after the purchase procedure has been completed.
- However, the above does not apply in the following cases:
- Where a refund is required by law
- Where a platform operator or payment provider has processed a refund
- Where we determine that a refund or compensation is necessary due to duplicate charges, non-delivery, defects, or other issues
- Whether a refund is granted, the refund method, compensation method, and other handling matters shall be determined in accordance with our rules or those of the relevant platform operator.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Unauthorized access, cheating, use of bots, macro operations, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any other improper method of using the Service
- Transferring, lending, inheriting, selling, sharing, or changing the registered name of accounts, game data, owned items, in-game currency, usage rights, or any related rights or interests to a third party
- Communication disconnection, intentional idling, collusion, rank manipulation, or any other conduct that unfairly harms the match environment
- Defamation, harassment, discriminatory expression, threats, or nuisance toward other users or third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Acts that infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Service or any third party
- Any other act that we deem inappropriate
Article 9 (Measures)
If we determine that a user has violated the preceding Article, we may, without prior notice, suspend the account, restrict use, delete part or all retained data, remove the user from rankings, or take any other necessary measures.
We are not liable for damages suffered by the user as a result of such measures, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All rights relating to the Service, including programs, text, images, UI, logos, game design, card design, and data, belong to us or legitimate rights holders.
Users must not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without our prior permission.
Article 11 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users due to maintenance, failure response, specification changes, operational or technical necessity, or other reasons.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- We do not guarantee that the Service will be fit for a particular purpose, complete, accurate, continuous, or free from harmful elements.
- We are not liable for defects caused by communication failures, device environments, OS updates, platform specification changes, third-party service failures, or other circumstances beyond our control, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- We are not liable for loss of data, disappearance of match results, ranking fluctuations, or any other damage suffered by users, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 13 (Changes to the Terms)
We may modify these Terms if we determine it necessary.
The revised Terms shall take effect when posted within the Service, on our website, or at another time separately specified by us.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
If any dispute arises in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
