This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Vazzav Studios regarding your use of ThrustX (“the Game”).
By downloading, installing, or playing ThrustX, you agree to the terms below.
1. License
Vazzav Studios gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play ThrustX for personal entertainment use.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the Game except where legally allowed
Sell, rent, or commercially use the Game
Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits
Attempt to interfere with servers, matchmaking, or online systems
2. Ownership
All content in ThrustX, including but not limited to:
game code,
visuals,
audio,
music,
characters,
logos,
animations,
and designs
belongs to Vazzav Studios and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Buying or downloading the Game does not give you ownership of the Game itself.
3. Online Features
ThrustX may include online multiplayer, matchmaking, leaderboards, and other internet-based features.
Vazzav Studios may update, change, suspend, or remove online services at any time.
We are not responsible for internet issues, connection problems, or outages caused by third-party services.
4. Player Conduct
When using online features, you agree not to:
Harass or abuse other players
Use offensive, illegal, or harmful content
Exploit glitches or unintended mechanics unfairly
Use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or servers
Breaking these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension from online play.
5. User Content
If the Game allows usernames, custom content, mods, or uploads, you keep ownership of your content.
However, by uploading or sharing content through ThrustX, you give Vazzav Studios permission to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Game and its promotion.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Updates
The Game may receive updates, patches, balance changes, bug fixes, or new content at any time.
Some updates may be required to continue accessing online features.
7. No Warranty
ThrustX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
While we aim to keep the Game stable and functional, we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vazzav Studios is not liable for:
loss of data,
loss of progress,
lost profits,
service interruptions,
or indirect damages related to use of the Game.
You use the Game at your own risk.
9. Termination
Vazzav Studios may suspend or terminate access to the Game or its online services if these terms are violated.
If your access is terminated, your license to use the Game also ends.
10. Privacy
The Game may collect limited technical or gameplay-related information for:
multiplayer functionality,
analytics,
crash reports,
anti-cheat systems,
and general improvements.
11. Third-Party Services
ThrustX may use third-party platforms and services, including Valve Corporation and Steam
.
Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
13. Changes to This Agreement
Vazzav Studios may update or change this Agreement in the future. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
