By installing or using Arctic Survivors, you agree to the following terms:
License Grant: The Survivors grants you a non-exclusive license to play the game for personal entertainment on the Steam platform.
Ownership: The game, including all art, code, and "Arctic Survivors" branding, remains the intellectual property of The Survivors.
Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or sell the game for commercial purposes.
Charity Disclosure: As a mission-driven project, 100% of proceeds are donated to Tai Po fire disaster relief. Transparency reports will be published monthly on the community hub.
Termination: Any violation of these terms will automatically terminate your license to use the software.
Liability: The software is provided "as-is." The developer is not liable for technical issues or damages resulting from use.
