Using "Legacy of Chaos Online" implies that you accept the terms of the license agreement described below.

This license agreement is a legal document entered into between you (an individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the Game Developers (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") regarding the above-mentioned software product (hereinafter referred to as the "program" or "software"), which includes software recorded on the respective media or on the Author's website, any printed materials, and any "built-in" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the program, you thereby accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use this program and should immediately delete it from your personal computer and other digital media.


This program is protected by copyright laws and international agreements, as well as other laws and treaties governing copyright relations. The program is licensed, not sold.

1. Scope of the License
This agreement grants you the following rights:

1.1. Use of the Program
Installation of the program or any previous version is permitted simultaneously on one or multiple computers. The primary user of the computer on which this copy is installed is also allowed to create one additional copy exclusively for their work on a portable computer.

1.2. Risk Associated with Using the Program
The user assumes all risks associated with using the program. The author is not responsible for any consequences (direct and indirect, as well as special and other damages) caused by this software, including, without limitation, losses from business profit loss, business interruption, loss of business information, or other financial damage.

1.3. Warranties
This software and accompanying files are provided "as is," without operational or other warranties, expressed or implied. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is provided.

1.4. Storage and Use on a Network
Storage, installation, and running of a copy of the program from a publicly accessible data storage device (network server) is permitted. However, you do not have the right to alter or modify this Software (Game).

2. Description of Other Rights and Restrictions
2.1. Restrictions on technology disclosure, decompilation, and disassembly.
It is not permitted to disclose the technology, decompile, or disassemble the program, except and only to the extent that such actions are explicitly allowed by applicable law, despite the presence of this restriction in the agreement.

2.2. Program division
The program is licensed as a single unit. It may not be divided into components for use on multiple computers.

2.3. Rental
It is not permitted to rent or provide the program for temporary use.

2.4. Technical support services
The Author provides technical support services for software products. Requests for technical support should be directed to: ltgames.groups@gmail.com
Any additional programs and source codes provided to you as a result of technical support services should be considered an integral part of the program and are therefore subject to the restrictions and conditions of this agreement. Technical data communicated to the technical support service during the request may be used by the Author for internal purposes, including technical support and software development. The Author will not use this information in a manner that discloses your personal information.

2.5. Program Transfer
You may not alter or modify this Software (Game) for rental and/or sale.
Any such unauthorized use (of the Software, Game) will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may be subject to prosecution under criminal and/or civil law.

2.6. Termination of Agreement
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author may terminate this agreement if the terms and restrictions of this agreement are not complied with or for any other reason, which will require you to destroy all existing copies and components of the program.

3. Copyright
3.1. All ownership rights and copyrights to the program, photographs, animations, video and audio recordings, music and text, ActiveX components, accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the program belong to the Author.
3.2. All rights of the Author to the program are protected by copyright laws and international copyright agreements, as well as other laws and treaties governing copyright relations.
3.3. All copyrights to "Legacy of Chaos Online" belong exclusively to the Author "https://vk.com/legacyofchaosonline".

4. Various Program Carriers
4.1. The program may be supplied on several types of carriers, as well as via the Internet exclusively from the "Author's" website.
4.2. Regardless of their type and capacity, only carriers of one type that correspond specifically to your computer or network server are allowed to be used. Installation from other carriers on different computers, renting or lending carriers for temporary use, or transferring them for use for other purposes is not permitted, except in the case of full transfer of the software as described above.
