1. General Provisions:
1.1. The official websites of the Game are https://vk.com/legacyofchaosonline
1.2. The official website of the Game simultaneously serves as a description and a guide for using the Game.
1.3. Elements of the Game located on the official websites of the Game include:

• data, information;
  
• results of intellectual activity, including photographic images, graphics, drawings, works in visual, audio and/or audiovisual, or other forms;
  
• means of individualization, including trademarks;
  
• service marks, trade names, logos, etc.;
  
• software, including the Game Client.

1.4. The language of communication when using the Game service: Russian/English.

Access to the Game process is possible exclusively through the Client application "Steam."

2. Subject of the Rules:
2.1. This document establishes the Rules, compliance with which is mandatory for the User to be entitled to use the Services for participation in the Game process.
2.2. In accordance with the terms of these Rules, the Administration provides the User with the opportunity to use the Game around the clock, except during maintenance periods and other circumstances preventing the User from accessing the Game.

3. Additional Conditions:
3.1. The Administration does not refund in-game valuables lost due to the User losing access to their account. However, the Administration may, at its discretion, refund in-game valuables lost by the User in cases of errors, malfunctions, hacking, or other server software failures.
3.2. The Administration does not exchange in-game valuables for real money.

4. Rights and Obligations of the User:
4.1. Upon registration, the User selects a character nickname, login, and password that will identify the User among other Users of the Services. The Administration has the right to impose restrictions on the use of characters, letters, numbers, and their quantity in the character's name. The User is obliged to provide the Administration with accurate Registration data.
4.2. With the Administration's permission, the User has the right to change their password. The User must independently ensure the confidentiality of their password and other necessary data and is accordingly responsible for not safeguarding and disclosing their password, as well as all risks (losses) associated with this.
4.3. The User has the right to register two or more characters, provided that only one of these characters is used at a time.
4.4. The User is obliged, if necessary to perform any actions related to participation in the Game process, to ensure that they are entering into a legal relationship with an authorized representative of the Administration.
4.5. The User is not entitled to "resell" the services provided by the Administration to third parties or derive any other benefit from them.
4.6. The User does not have the right to distribute information aimed at illegally obtaining access passwords to Game characters, as well as to distribute links to websites with such information.
4.7. The User agrees to treat other Users and the Game Administration respectfully and correctly, namely:

• not to use obscene language;
  
• not to threaten with violence or physical harm;
  
• not to distribute in any way materials that promote or express rejection or hatred towards any religion, culture, race, nation, people, language, politics, ideology, or social movement;
  
• not to advertise directly or indirectly pornographic sites, drugs, and resources containing similar information;
  
• not to publish information about methods of committing suicide, as well as calls to commit suicide, and to refrain from other similar actions.

4.8. The User is prohibited from disseminating information that is not true (rumors, slander) about the game service, the Games, the Administration, the Rights Holder, Partners, Administration employees, and other Users.
It is forbidden to use terminology in the names and titles of game characters that implies the character/game clan has administrative functions or to impersonate a trusted representative of the Administration.
4.9. When communicating in the Game via chat services, including voice chat, sending messages with the same text continuously is prohibited. Sending such a message is allowed at intervals of one identical message per minute.
4.10. The User is not entitled to restrict other Users' access to the Game or prevent other Users from using the Game.
4.11. The User undertakes not to transmit any information or software that contains viruses or other harmful components, as well as to refrain from other actions that contradict the norms of applicable law or international law.
4.12. The User is prohibited from posting advertising information on the Administration's Resources.
4.13. The User is prohibited from using in-game assets and/or advantages obtained as a result of violations of these Rules by third parties (Users).
4.14. It is forbidden to disclose any information about another User.
4.15. It is prohibited to sell, buy, exchange, transfer, or receive registration information necessary to access the Game.
4.16. It is prohibited to create and/or be a member of game clans based on racial, gender, ethnic, religious (including anti-religious) beliefs.
4.17. It is prohibited to create game characters or game clans with offensive and/or provocative names.
4.18. It is prohibited to use software that emulates the presence of a player in the Game (Bot) and/or disrupts the normal functioning of the server software.
4.19. It is prohibited to resort to hacking, attempting to hack, and/or intercept data transmitted from the client to the server or from the server to the client.
4.20. It is prohibited to use any characters (including "space") in the in-game character nickname other than lowercase and uppercase letters of the standard English and standard Russian alphabets, as well as digits from 0 to 9.


1. Sanctions applied to the User for a specific violation are determined at the discretion of the Administration within the limits specified in the sanctions section for the corresponding violation. The decision is made by the Administration depending on the severity of the violation and the totality of all facts related to the violation (complaints from other Users, degree of danger, recurrence, and others). At its discretion, the Administration has the right to apply a milder sanction or reduce the duration of the specified block concerning the User's character/account.
2. All the violations listed below, committed against representatives of the Administration, may result in sanctions in the form of a permanent block of the game character/account.
3. The User is notified and agrees that when contacting technical support at ltgames.groups@gmail.com regarding the loss of in-game valuables, the Administration has the right to impose a temporary technical block on the User's account or accounts associated with the lost in-game valuables for up to 14 days to investigate the circumstances of the loss. A temporary technical block on the account is also possible during the investigation of committed violations. The Administration does not guarantee a positive outcome of the investigation. The User is notified and agrees that in-game valuables with a limited validity period are not restored after the technical block period ends, and their validity period is not extended for the duration of the technical block after its completion.


1. Use of obscene language and insults:
1.1. Use of obscene language and/or insults and/or provocative messages in the Game process, including in Game chats, as well as in in-game mail.
Sanction: Blocking of the character/account for up to 24 hours.
1.2. Insulting parents, relatives in the Game process, including in Game chats, as well as in in-game mail.
Sanction: Blocking of the character/account for up to 7 days.
1.3. Use of obscene language in the character's in-game nickname and/or clan name.
Sanction: Renaming of the character/clan, disbandment of the clan.
1.4. Use of obscene language in communications to technical support at ltgames.groups@gmail.com, as well as in communications to the Administration by other means provided by the User Agreement.
Sanction: Blocking of the character/account for a period from 24 hours to permanent blocking of the character/account.

2. Dissemination of false information, including mentioning the Administration:
2.1. Use of terminology in the character's in-game nickname implying a connection with the Administration.
Sanction: From a warning to permanent blocking of the character/account and/or renaming of the character.
2.2. Use of terminology in the clan name implying a connection of the clan with the Administration.
Sanction: From a warning to permanent blocking of the character/account and/or renaming of the clan.
2.3. Impersonation of a trusted person of the Administration.
Sanction: From blocking the character/account for 24 hours to permanent blocking of the character/account.
2.4. Spreading rumors, slander about the Game service, Administration, Rights Holder, Partners, Administration employees, and other Users.
Sanction: From a warning to permanent blocking of the character/account.
2.5. Providing false information to Administration representatives.
Sanction: From a warning to permanent blocking of the character/account.

3. Threats:
3.1. Threats of violence and physical harm, including against Administration representatives.
Sanction: Blocking of the character/account for a period from 24 hours to permanent blocking of the character/account.

4. Propaganda and offense to morality:
4.1. Offense to morality, propaganda and/or expression of rejection or hatred. Propaganda or public display of Nazi attributes or symbols, or attributes or symbols similar to Nazi ones to the point of confusion. Use of Nazi-related language in the character/clan name, during communication in the Game process, via in-game chat, in-game mail, etc. As well as propaganda of discrimination against people based on racial, ethnic, gender, religious, social grounds. Disrespectful attitude towards religion, culture, race, nation, people, language, politics and political system, ideology, or social movement.
Sanction: From a warning and/or blocking of the character/account for 7 days to permanent blocking of the character/account. Including renaming the character/clan, changing the appearance of the character, in-game items, confiscation of in-game items, including those containing Nazi attributes or symbols or attributes or symbols similar to Nazi ones to the point of confusion.

5. Dissemination of information, including advertising content:
5.1. Dissemination of information, including links, about:
pornographic sites, resources containing any information about drugs, immoral content. Promoting hatred and/or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or social status. Disrespectful attitude towards culture, race, people, language, politics and political system, ideology, social movements, as well as committing other similar actions prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Sanction: From blocking the character/account for 24 hours to permanent blocking of the character/account.
5.2. Dissemination of information about the sale/purchase/exchange of third-party software.
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
5.3. Dissemination of advertising information unrelated to the Game, including links to Internet pages, as well as flooding. (Flooding — frequently repeated messages that may intentionally displace informational messages from other Users).
Sanction: From blocking the character/account for 24 hours to permanent blocking of the character/account.

6. Use of Game errors ("bugs"):
6.1. Use of Game errors without gaining in-game advantage or in-game valuables.
Sanction: From a warning to blocking the character/account for 30 days.
6.2. Gaining a gaming advantage and/or in-game values by exploiting Game errors (including the use of geodata errors, as well as the use of errors in Match rewards).
Sanction: From a warning to a permanent ban of the character/account, confiscation of in-game values obtained as a result of exploiting Game errors.
6.3. Gaining a gaming advantage and/or in-game values as a result of another User exploiting Game errors.
Sanction: From a warning to a permanent ban of the character/account, confiscation of in-game values obtained as a result of another User exploiting Game errors.

7. Use of third-party software and modification of the Client:
7.1. Modification of the game client, that is, actions aimed at uncovering technology, decompiling, analyzing, or any other method of extracting the Client's source code; actions to make any changes to the source code, altering the Client's functionality, as well as gaining access to the Game server and/or substituting server packets, as well as the above-mentioned actions to gain access and interfere with the operation of technical protection measures applied by the Administration.
Sanction: Permanent ban of the character/account.
7.2. Use or threat of use of software emulating the presence of a player in the Game (Bot) and/or disrupting the normal functioning of the Game software.
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
7.3. Gaining a gaming advantage and/or in-game valuables, including gaining game experience and/or game points as a result of using third-party software, including as a result of another User's use of third-party software.
Sanction: From blocking the character/account for 14 days to permanent blocking of the character/account, confiscation of obtained in-game valuables.
7.4. Actions causing a failure in the Administration's service providing entertainment services aimed at organizing and supporting the Game process involving Users.
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
7.5. Use or threat of use of third-party software that may result in, including gaining a gaming advantage/hacking/data interception/removal of restrictions established by the technical protection means applied by the Administration.
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.

8. Unauthorized access to a User's account:
8.1. Transferring registration data to another User and/or other third parties by any means. This includes selling, buying, exchanging registration data, obtaining and/or using another User's registration information necessary to access the Game. This also includes the use of an account by more than one person, and/or granting access to the account to third parties, including providing login/password.
Sanction: From blocking the character/account of the person whose account is used by more than one person for 3 days, up to permanent blocking of the character/account. Also, from blocking the character/account of the person who gained access to another User's account for 3 days, up to permanent blocking of the character/account, including confiscation of in-game valuables obtained as a result of such transfer/access.

9. Buying and selling in-game valuables
9.1. Dissemination of information about buying/selling in-game valuables
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
9.2. Dissemination of information about buying/selling a game character/account, and about character development for third parties
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
9.3. Buying/selling in-game valuables
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
9.4. Purchase/sale/exchange of a game character/account
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.
9.5. Distribution of information about the purchase/sale of Gift Codes, including the distribution of information about the purchase/sale of Gift Codes for in-game valuables.
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.

10. Access to the Game:
10.1. Actions that make it impossible or difficult for other Users and/or Administration to access the Game. This includes playing loud and/or irritating sounds in the in-game voice chat during gameplay that disturb other Users.
Sanction: Blocking of the character/account from one day up to permanent blocking.
10.2. Actions regarding the Game that make it impossible or difficult for the Administration to perform actions aimed at providing entertainment services related to the organization and support of the Game process involving Users.
Sanction: Blocking of the character/account from one day up to permanent blocking.
10.3. Using the Game to carry out any illegal activities.
Sanction: Permanent blocking of the character/account.

* This list of game errors is not complete and will be updated by the Administration as various game errors are identified that hinder the normal functioning and conduct of the Game process.

1. Use of macros:
The use of mouse and/or keyboard macros in the game process that interfere with and/or affect the normal conduct of the Game process, including gaining a game advantage.
Sanction: From a warning to blocking the character/account for 7 days.
