END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "WHERE IS MABEL"

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, "You") and Kingdom Pots ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the video game software entitled "WHERE IS MABEL", including any associated media, printed materials, online or electronic documentation, and any updates or patches (collectively, the "Game").
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, download, access, or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with all terms of this EULA, Kingdom Pots grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
a. Install and Use: Install and use one copy of the Game on up to three (3) personal computing devices under your control for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
b. Steam Platform: Use the Game as permitted by the Steam Subscriber Agreement ("SSA") and the terms of this EULA. This license is contingent on your compliance with the SSA and this EULA.
2. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game is licensed, not sold. Kingdom Pots retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights. The Game, its code, structure, story, characters, artwork, sounds, music, design, and all other elements are the exclusive property of Kingdom Pots or its licensors. This EULA grants You no title or ownership in the Game.
3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT, and may not permit any third party to:
a. Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
b. Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on or in the Game.
d. Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game or your license to it.
e. Use the Game for any public performance, network play, or commercial purpose without written permission from Kingdom Pots.
f. Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience or its functionality.
g. Exploit the Game or any of its parts for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to gathering in-game items or resources for sale.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT & COMMUNITY
The Game may include functionality that allows you to create, upload, or share content, such as screenshots, videos, or custom levels ("User Content"). You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content, but by posting it, you grant Kingdom Pots a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Game.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and its legality. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes on any third-party rights.
5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KINGDOM POTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM POTS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF KINGDOM POTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL KINGDOM POTS'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.
7. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game in your possession or control.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Suva, Fiji, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the same jurisdiction.
9. UPDATES TO THE GAME AND EULA
Kingdom Pots may provide patches, updates, or upgrades to the Game that must be installed for continued use. Kingdom Pots reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kingdom Pots concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
