This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Game. By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the Developer.

2. Ownership

The Game, including all software, visuals, audio, and other content, is owned by the Developer and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any part of the Game to you.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

Install and play the Game for personal use
Create personal gameplay recordings or screenshots for non-commercial sharing (e.g., social media), provided they do not misrepresent the Game or infringe third-party rights
4. Restrictions

You may not:

Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Game
Copy or redistribute the Game except as permitted by law
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where such restriction is not permitted under mandatory law
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
5. Updates and Changes

The Developer may release updates, patches, or changes to the Game. Features may be modified or discontinued over time. No guarantee is made that all versions will remain available indefinitely.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any statutory warranty rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use of the Game.

This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or Switzerland, you may have legal rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by this Agreement. This Agreement does not affect those rights.

9. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
