Version 1.0 — Effective October 1st, 2026
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Jakub Ławicki, conducting business as Jakub Ławicki Consulting and operating under the name Reynvert, a sole trader entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), ul. Marmurowa 13, 52-235 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8992724388, REGON 386818684 (“Reynvert,” “we,” or “us”).
The Agreement applies to the video game Inearth, including its demo, software, content, documentation, and updates (the “Game”).
By downloading, installing, launching, or using the Game, you accept the Agreement. If you cannot legally accept it, a parent or legal guardian must accept it for you. If you do not accept it, do not use the Game. Nothing in the Agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to install, play, and modify a lawfully obtained copy of the Game.
You may share your original modifications and other original material based on the Game. You may not redistribute the Game or a substantial part of its assets as a substitute for obtaining the Game, claim that your work is official or endorsed by us, or violate the law or third-party rights.
The Game is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain our rights in the Game. You retain your rights in your original contributions.
Third-party software and content included with the Game may have separate notices or license terms. Those terms apply to the relevant third-party material. Required notices are in the Game under Credits and Third-Party Notices, and in ThirdPartyNotices.txt and the ThirdPartyLicenses folder shipped with the Game.
Inearth uses Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998–2026, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Games, Inc. and its affiliates make no representations and disclaim all warranties, conditions, and liabilities relating to Unreal Engine or other Epic-licensed technology included in the Game. They are not parties to the Agreement.
We may make reasonable changes to the Game, including fixes and compatibility updates. Changes may affect features, settings, or saved progress. We will provide notice, continued access, updates, and remedies when required by law.
The Game may use third-party services for distribution, ownership verification, achievements, statistics, cloud functions, overlays, social features, or connectivity. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services. The distributor that processed a transaction may handle payments and refunds.
The Game does not require an account operated by us and currently has no developer-operated advertising or gameplay-analytics telemetry. Profiles, settings, and saves remain on your device unless a third-party service synchronizes them. If you contact us, we use your contact details and message to respond, provide support, comply with law, and protect legal rights. You may have rights concerning this data under applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights always apply. In the EU, this includes rights under laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770. In Poland, it includes Chapter 5b of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include bringing the Game into conformity with the contract, a price reduction, reimbursement, termination, or damages.
Subject to those rights, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or third-party service, or that saved data will never be lost.
Nothing limits liability for intentional harm, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. For non-consumers only, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the Game or EUR 100.
You may end the Agreement at any time by stopping use of the Game and deleting your copies. If you materially breach the Agreement, we may end the license after giving you a reasonable opportunity to correct the breach when appropriate. We may act immediately when reasonably necessary to address serious unlawful conduct, infringement, fraud, or security harm.
Polish law governs the Agreement. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protection provided by the law that would otherwise apply, including the law of your habitual residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. For non-consumers, the courts having jurisdiction over Wrocław, Poland have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update the Agreement for legal, security, technical, or Game-related reasons. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice, and we will request consent when required by law.
The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Game, subject to mandatory law and applicable third-party terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
