END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of this game (“Game”).
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to software, graphics, audio, and other content, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game.
3. User-Generated Content and Mods
The Game supports user-created modifications (“Mods”).
You may create and use Mods for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided that such Mods do not:
- Include, distribute, or reuse the Game’s original assets, source code, or proprietary data
- Enable cheating, hacking, or unfair gameplay advantages
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Contain malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content
Mods are unofficial content. The Developer is not responsible for any issues, damages, crashes, or data loss caused by the use of Mods.
The Developer reserves the right to restrict, disable, or prohibit Mods at any time, for any reason.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the Game or any part of it, except as expressly permitted
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except where legally permitted
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Developer
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement if you violate any of its terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer’s country of residence.
By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
