End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Sunset Crime"
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software "Sunset Crime" ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the developer of the Game ("xHARDHeMPuS") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and play the Game for personal and non-commercial use.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game, including but not limited to characters, storyline, images, graphics, audio, video, gameplay mechanics, source code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the Developer or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
4. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game;
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or your rights to it;
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels associated with the Game.
5. Updates and Modifications
The Developer may provide patches, updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Game periodically. All such updates are considered part of the Game and are subject to the terms of this EULA.
6. Data Collection
The Game may collect technical, analytical, and system-related data about your device, hardware, gameplay behavior, and software environment in order to improve performance, ensure stability, provide support, enhance player experience, and assist in future updates. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of this information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any part of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Developer is established, excluding its conflict of law principles.
11. General Provisions
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. This EULA constitutes the complete agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
