1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Misterial Games (“Company”, “we”, “us”) regarding your use of the game Deadhikers (“Game”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use the Game for commercial purposes
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
- Distribute or resell the Game without permission

The Game, including all content (graphics, code, audio, design), is owned by Misterial Games and protected by intellectual property laws.

We do not guarantee that:

- The Game will be uninterrupted
- Bugs will be fixed immediately
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misterial Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Kazakhstan.
