EXTINCT FOREST - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Systemfehler Entertainment ("Developer") regarding the video game "Extinct Forest" ("Game").
By installing, downloading, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the Game) are owned by the Developer or their licensors.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
(a) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
(b) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game;
(c) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR RELATED TO HARDWARE MALFUNCTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.
