End User License Agreement (EULA)
Zoo Survival Rules
Developed by Shotgun Squid Studio (鎖管遊戲工作室)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and Shotgun Squid Studio (“Developer”). By downloading, installing, or using Zoo Survival Rules, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. License Grant
Developer grants User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the game—including but not limited to artwork, music, sound effects, characters, narrative elements, source code, design, and trademarks—are owned exclusively by Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
3. Restrictions
User shall not:
modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or derive source code from the game;
copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display the game or its assets;
use any game assets (including sprites, audio, UI, or narrative text) in personal or commercial projects;
circumvent security measures or copy protection;
use the game for unlawful, harmful, or defamatory purposes.
4. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
User is fully responsible for any content they submit. Developer reserves the right to remove or disable any content violating law or this Agreement.
5. Updates and Changes
Developer may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the game at any time without obligation to User.
6. No Warranty
The game is provided “as is.” Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Developer is not liable for any damages—including loss of data, hardware issues, or psychological distress caused by in-game content.
7. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if User violates any term. Upon termination, User must delete all copies of the game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country/region where the Developer is based (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By installing or using Zoo Survival Rules, you confirm you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be legally bound by it.
