END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for the game "Project Yoake"
1. LICENSE PROVISION
The developer of "Dabolka" grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game "Project Yoake" on your computer for personal, non-commercial purposes through the Steam platform.
2. COPYRIGHT AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All rights to the game "Project Yoake", including the program code, artistic design, graphics (except as specified in Section 3), plot and game mechanics, are the intellectual property of the Developer "Dabolka" and are protected by copyright law.
3. THIRD-PARTY ASSETS
• The characters in the game are created using the Pixelart Character Creator tool from ElvGames. The use is carried out in accordance with the license agreement of this software.
• All other game content (tilesets, background graphics, interface) was created independently by the Developer.
4. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Prohibited:
• Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation of the game
• Commercial use of any game content
• Distribution of copies of the game without the permission of the Copyright Holder
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The game is provided on an "as is" basis. The developer does not guarantee the smooth operation of the game and the absence of errors.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
7. LEGAL DISCLAIMER
All characters, events, and locations in the game are fictional. Any coincidences with real people, organizations, or events are accidental and unintentional.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
By installing, launching or using the game, you confirm your agreement to the terms of this Agreement.
