Arena: Run & Hit Privacy Policy

Ahwi Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values ​​its users' personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. The Company processes personal information related to the "Arena: Run & Hit" service as follows:

※ Sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers and account numbers, is processed by Steam and its payment processors, and the Company does not directly collect such information.

The Company collects personal information through the following methods: 1. Linking account identification information provided by Steam when a user launches a game through Steam.
2. Collection of logs and statistical information automatically generated during game play.
3. Information directly entered by users, such as customer inquiries, bug reports, and feedback.

Article 3 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

1. Service Provision and Operation: Account identification, matching, rankings, record records, in-game currency and item management, etc.

2. In-App Payment Processing: Checking Star purchase history, managing paid item payments and usage history.

3. Service Improvement: Bug analysis, balance adjustments, server stabilization, usage pattern analysis.
4. Anti-Abusive Use Prevention: Identifying and sanctioning abnormal access, bug exploits, abuse, payment theft, etc.
5. Customer Response: Handling inquiries, delivering notices, and resolving disputes.

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

1. The Company retains and uses personal information for the duration of the service. 2. When a user requests account deletion or the service is terminated, personal information will be destroyed without delay, except for the period stipulated by relevant laws (e.g., the retention of transaction records under the Electronic Commerce Act).

3. Information that requires retention for a certain period under relevant laws will be stored separately for the period stipulated by the relevant laws and then destroyed.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

1. In principle, the Company will not provide users' personal information to third parties beyond the scope specified in this Policy.

2. However, the following exceptions apply:

1) When the user has given prior consent.

2) When there are special provisions in the law or when there is a legitimate request from an investigative agency.

2. Requests to exercise these rights may be made via email or other means, and the Company will take action without delay in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. In cases specified by law, the Company may restrict requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. In such cases, the Company will notify the user of the reason for such restriction.

Article 9 (Procedures and Methods for Deleting Personal Information)

1. The Company will destroy personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved.

2. Deletion Procedure
- Unnecessary personal information will be included in the list of items for destruction according to internal procedures and then destroyed en masse at a designated time.

3. Deletion Method
- Electronic files: Delete in a manner that renders them irretrievable and unrecoverable
- Printed materials, etc.: Shred or incinerate
