Terms of Service
Article 1 - [Purpose]
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between SuperTurbine Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user regarding the use of the game "O2Jam : The Beginning" and related services provided through the Steam platform.

Article 2 - [Definition of Terms]
① The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

'User' refers to a person (including members and non-members) who uses all games and related services provided by the Company.
'Content' refers to all digital contents related to services such as games, network services, applications, game money, and game items provided by the Company.
'Network Service' refers to all services provided by the Company that allow users to register rankings, write posts, purchase items, and play network games by connecting to the internet.
'Steam' refers to the global digital platform service provided by Valve Corporation.
② Terms not defined in Paragraph 1 shall be governed by relevant laws and Steam Terms of Service. Matters not stipulated in relevant laws shall follow general commercial practices.

Article 3 - [Effect and Change of Terms]
① These Terms become effective when posted on the game screen operated by the Company or on the Steam Store page. By proceeding with gameplay, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

② The Company may change these Terms if deemed necessary, and the changed Terms shall take effect from the date of application notified or posted. If the change is unfavorable to the user, it will be announced 30 days in advance.

③ Members have the right to refuse the changed Terms. If a member continues to use the service after the effective date, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.

Article 4 - [Commencement of Service]
① The Company commences the service when the user accepts the application for use (upon running the game). However, for some services, the service may commence from a designated date according to the Company's needs.

② The Company may provide certain services for a fee.

③ If the service cannot be started due to business or technical obstacles, the Company will notify the user through the homepage or Steam community page.

Article 5 - [Provision of Service]
① The Company provides the following services to users:

Game services and related supplementary services
Community services (Steam Community, etc.)
Other services provided to users through the Company's own development or cooperation agreements with other companies
② The Company provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there are special business or technical impediments. However, services may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, server expansion, updates, or due to external factors such as Steam platform maintenance.

③ The Company may restrict the use of some services according to relevant laws, user age, and service usage procedures.

Article 6 - [Protection and Use of Personal Information]
① The Company strives to protect user's personal information in accordance with relevant laws. The Company's Privacy Policy applies to the protection and use of user personal information. However, the Company's Privacy Policy does not apply to linked sites other than the Company's official site or to data collection by the Steam platform itself.

② Depending on the characteristics of the service, information introducing oneself, such as nicknames and profile pictures entered by the user, may be disclosed to other users.

③ The Company is not responsible for any information, including account information, exposed due to the user's negligence.

Article 7 - [Management and Change of Personal Information]
Members must faithfully manage their personal information for the use of this service. Damages caused by delay or omission of personal information changes are the responsibility of the member. Management of information related to Steam accounts follows Steam's policies.

Article 8 - [Provision of Information and Advertising]
① The Company may post advertisements to maintain this service, and the user agrees to the exposure of advertisements when using the service.

② The Company may store, keep, or view chat contents (conversations, messages, etc.) between users within the service provided by the Company. This is limited to cases where the Company deems it necessary for dispute resolution, complaint handling, or maintenance of game order.

Article 9 - [Purchase of Content]
① Users may purchase or download content (DLC, game items, etc.) serviced by the Company through the Steam Store and the in-game shop.

② Purchase of content is conducted through payment methods provided by the Steam platform.

Article 10 - [Use of Content]
① Content purchased by the user can basically be used on the PC (device) where it is downloaded or installed. However, the scope of use may vary depending on the policies of the Steam platform, such as Steam Account Sharing and Family Sharing.

② If the user changes their PC, formats the drive, or accesses from overseas (IP change), all or part of the content functions may not be available, and the Company bears no responsibility in such cases.

Article 11 - [Point Service]
① The Company may provide points while providing services. 'Points' are free services provided to users as rewards or event prizes according to service policies.

② Points are provided free of charge, and if the warranty period is not specified, it is basically 1 year. Unused points within the period may expire.

③ When a member withdraws or the account is deleted due to the member's fault, the points accumulated in the account will be automatically extinguished.

Article 12 - [Change and Suspension of Service]
① The Company may change the service according to operational or technical needs. Changes will be notified in advance through the homepage or Steam page.

② The Company may suspend the entire service if necessary due to game planning, operation, or urgent circumstances of the Company, with a 30-day notice.

③ The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in case of external factors such as Steam platform maintenance, failure, or policy changes.

④ The Company is not responsible for any problems arising from the change or suspension of the service.

Article 13 - [Obligations of the Company]
① The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide continuous and stable services.

② The Company establishes a security system to protect users' personal information and discloses and observes the Privacy Policy.

③ The Company will immediately process opinions or complaints raised by users if they are recognized as legitimate.

Article 14 - [Obligations of Users]
① Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the service provided by the Company:

Stealing other people's information or providing false information
Trading game assets through services not provided by the Company
Commercial use of services and exploitation of bugs
Defamation of others and infringement of intellectual property rights
Use and distribution of unauthorized programs such as Hacks, Cheats, Bots, etc.
Impersonating Company staff
Other acts that violate public order, morals, or relevant laws
② Users must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, and matters notified by the Company.

Article 15 - [Copyright Attribution and Restrictions]
① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.

② All rights to 'Avatars', character images, and design resources provided within the game belong to the Company. Users may customize and use avatars only within the scope of the service provided by the Company. Unauthorized capture, extraction, or commercial use (e.g., minting NFTs, producing merchandise) of these assets is strictly prohibited.

③ The copyright of posts posted by users within the service belongs to the respective copyright holder.

④ If there is an objection from a third party regarding a user's post due to copyright issues, the Company may delete it or refuse registration without prior notice.

Article 16 - [User's Posts]
① Any loss or problem caused by the user's posts is the individual responsibility of the user, and the Company is not responsible for it.

② The Company may move posts without prior notice for management purposes.

③ If a post is judged to slander others, harm public order, or be related to criminal acts, the Company may delete it without prior notice.

Article 17 - [Payment]
In principle, the purchase price for content is imposed and paid according to the methods and policies determined by the Steam platform and Valve Corporation.

Article 18 - [Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund]
① Refunds (withdrawal of subscription) for paid content provided by the Company basically follow Steam's Refund Policy. Users must request a refund through Steam's customer support procedure.

② If an overpayment occurs due to the Company's intention or fault, it will be refunded. However, if the Company cannot directly process the refund due to the nature of the platform, the Company will cooperate as much as possible so that the user can receive a refund from Steam.

③ In principle, the Company does not proceed with separate refunds outside the Steam platform.

Article 19 - [Contract Termination and Service Suspension]
① If a user violates these Terms, the Company may terminate the usage contract or suspend service use. In particular, abusing the Steam platform's process to gain unfair profits may result in severe sanctions.

② Upon termination of the contract, the user must delete the downloaded content and cannot receive a refund for the purchase price already paid.

Article 20 - [Compensation for Damages]
① If a user causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms, the user is responsible for compensating all damages.

② The Company is not responsible for any damages related to services provided free of charge.

Article 21 - [Indemnification]
① The Company is exempted from responsibility if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or Steam platform failure/maintenance.

② The Company is not responsible for problems caused by the user's PC environment or network environment without the Company's fault.

③ The Company is not responsible for the user's failure to obtain expected profits using the service.

④ The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users within the service.

Article 22 - [Other Rules]
Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Company's individual operation policies, Steam Terms of Service, relevant laws, and commercial practices.

Article 23 - [Competent Court]
① Disputes between the Company and the User shall be resolved amicably by agreement between both parties.

② If a lawsuit is filed, the court determined by the procedures set forth in relevant laws shall be the competent court.

③ The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and the User.

These Terms shall be effective from Dec 30, 2025.
