This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("You" or "User") and the creator of Surviving Day ("We", "Us", or "Creator") regarding your use of Surviving Day (the "Game").
By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

e) Reverse engineer the Game for modding, learning, or interoperability purposes
f) Make backup copies of the Game for archival purposes

The Game, including all code, graphics, sounds, and other content (excluding
user-generated content and mods) remains the property of the Creator.

✓ Stream, record, and monetize videos of the Game

✓ Modify the Game files for personal use or modding
✓ Decompile or reverse engineer for modding purposes
✓ Create derivative works based on the Game
✓ Use screenshots and gameplay footage for any purpose
✓ Gift or share your copy with others (subject to store platform rules)
✓ Use the Game in educational settings (schools, tutorials, courses)
✓ Create and distribute modding tools
✓ Translate the Game into other languages
✓ Create competitive tournaments (free or paid entry)

4. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO (RESTRICTIONS)

You may NOT:

✗ Sell or redistribute the base Game itself as your own product

✗ Remove or alter copyright notices or credits
✗ Use the Game's name or branding to mislead consumers about endorsement
✗ Create cheats or hacks designed to harm other players in multiplayer

5. MODS & USER-GENERATED CONTENT

MODS YOU CREATE ARE YOURS:
- You own all mods and custom content you create
- You may license, sell, or distribute your mods however you wish
- We will never claim ownership of your mods
- You may use any license for your mods (open source, commercial, etc.)
MODS YOU USE:
- Mods are provided by third parties, not by us
- We are not responsible for mods created by others
- Install mods at your own risk
- Mod compatibility is not guaranteed

6. CONTENT CREATION & STREAMING

You are FREE to create and monetize content featuring the Game:
✓ YouTube videos (with ads/sponsorships)
✓ Twitch/YouTube streams (with subscriptions/donations)

✓ Artwork, fan art, or comics
✓ Music or soundtracks inspired by the Game
You retain all rights to your created content.
We will never claim copyright on your videos, streams, or other creations.

7. MULTIPLAYER & SERVERS

You may:
- Host public or private multiplayer servers
- Charge for server access if you wish
- Modify server rules and gameplay
- Use server plugins and mods
We do not operate official servers. All servers are community-run.
Server operators are responsible for their own servers and player conduct.

8. COMMERCIAL USE

You may use the Game commercially, including:
✓ Internet cafes or gaming centers (with purchased copies)
✓ Paid streaming or video content
✓ Selling mods or custom content
✓ Educational courses or tutorials (free or paid)
✓ Esports tournaments with prize pools
You may NOT:
✗ Sell copies of the base Game itself (unless through authorized stores)
✗ Mislead customers about official endorsement or affiliation

We may update the Game from time to time. Updates may:

- Availability of multiplayer features
- Preservation of save data
- Future updates or support

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Lost save data or progress

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.

This license is effective until terminated.
Your rights terminate automatically if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination:
- You must stop using the Game
- You may keep your created content (mods, videos, etc.)

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your local jurisdiction.

- We do not collect personal data without disclosure
