This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Skywall Studios LLC. Read it carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button.
By clicking the "I Agree" button, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not click the "I Agree" button.
Skywall Studios LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pro Football Online in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Skywall Studios LLC shall at all times retain ownership of Pro Football Online as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of Pro Football Online by you. Pro Football Online (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of Pro Football Online, including any modifications made thereto) is and shall remain the property of Skywall Studios LLC.
Skywall Studios LLC reserves the right to grant licenses to use Pro Football Online to third parties.
Permissions
You are permitted to use Pro Football Online for personal, non-commercial use.
You are not permitted to:
A) Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of Pro Football Online nor permit the whole or any part of Pro Football Online to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Pro Football Online or attempt to do any such things.
B) Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use Pro Football Online for any commercial purpose.
C) Allow any third party to use Pro Football Online on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
D) Use Pro Football Online in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.
System Information access
You agree to Pro Football Online reading and storing your personal Windows computer's hardware IDs in a private database for tracking purposes.
Online communication
You agree to not use the online communication features of Pro Football Online such as voice chat and text chat to say things that contain extreme vulgarity, racism, hate speech, private personal information regarding other players, and/or violence & death threats.
Misuse of these features will result in access to them being revoked for a varying time anywhere from a few days to permanently and in extreme cases may result in account termination.
Termination
Skywall Studios LLC reserves the right to terminate your account at their discretion for failure to comply with this EULA.
Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately be revoked and access to the online services of Pro Football Online will be revoked from your Steam account.
You will not be entitled to a refund upon license termination/ban from online services for the base product or any purchases made using Steam microtransactions.
Attempting to regain access to Pro Football Online using a different Steam account is not permitted and will result in an automatic re-termination of that account and access to the online services of Pro Football Online will be revoked.
The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
