END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) AND TERMS OF SERVICE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of cenker's mod ("Developer"). By installing, accessing, or using cenker's mod, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. License Grant
cenker's mod is licensed, not sold. The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use cenker's mod.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, or create derivative works based on cenker's mod itself, except as expressly permitted by the Developer.
This restriction does not apply to user-created content, mods, or example/sample mods provided with the game. You are free to modify, redistribute, publish, and monetize such mods, provided that they do not include, distribute, or reconstruct the core game code or executable of cenker's mod.
2. Code of Conduct
By using cenker's mod, you agree to:
- Treat other players with respect and refrain from toxic or abusive behavior.
- Play fairly and not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Use cenker's mod only for its intended purposes and comply with all applicable laws.
The Developer reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the game if these rules are violated.
3. User-Created Content
If cenker's mod allows user-created content or mods:
- You retain ownership of the original content you create.
- By creating or submitting content for use within cenker's mod, you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes. This includes screenshots, videos, trailers, and other marketing materials related to cenker's mod.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe the rights of others.
The Developer reserves the right to remove or restrict access to user-created content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.
4. Online Features and Third-Party Services
cenker's mod may include online features that rely on peer-to-peer connections hosted by players and third-party services, including but not limited to Steam and Steamworks features.
The Developer does not host, operate, or control multiplayer servers or player-hosted sessions and is not responsible for the availability, performance, or conduct of users within such sessions. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
5. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to cenker's mod, including all core game code and intellectual property, remain the property of the Developer.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
cenker's mod is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Developer makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use cenker's mod or any related services.
8. Updates and Changes to This Agreement
The Developer reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of cenker's mod after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
