Metro Line 3 Simulator User Creation Guidelines
0. De-politicization
1. The appearance of any logos that actually exist in reality is prohibited, especially those trademarks or logos that have been registered for commercial use
2. The presence of any flags, whether national flags or regional flags, is prohibited
3. The appearance of any slogans or slogans, regardless of whether they carry a stance, is prohibited, including but not limited to those involving commerce, race, religion, politics, gender, environmental protection, animal protection, and any suspected violation of public order, good customs, and laws. Text, logos, and symbols in the creation must not constitute an attack or harm to any group

8. Characters that cause discomfort to others, or characters belonging to works that have previously caused serious controversy (such as works involving real-world political issues or having real-world political stances/prototypes, or works that have been resisted by the public in some regions) are prohibited from appearing in related creations of this project
9. If the creation includes characters from other works, please confirm whether the secondary creation regulations of their respective works permit such actions.
10. Under no circumstances should you confuse game content with the real world, nor should the creative works you produce contain negative content. Specifically, you are prohibited from derailing Metro cars, causing collisions between Metros and any other objects, damaging Metro cars, overturning Metro cars, or engaging in any behavior that simulates an "accident" through any means. Furthermore, you are strictly forbidden from spreading such content on the Internet
11. When distributing materials, regardless of whether they are source files or not, this creative regulation cannot be removed. If this creative regulation is updated, the latest version shall prevail. However, regardless of whether the creative regulation is updated or not, the existing and published creative regulations will remain permanently valid

Since the Metro Line 3 Simulator is a standalone game, and the project team lacks the regulatory capability to conduct prior review of user-generated content, the creators or publishers shall bear full responsibility for all disputes, controversies, and attribution of liability arising from secondary creations related to the Metro Line 3 Simulator. If such secondary creations have adverse impacts on the project team, the project team reserves the right to pursue legal action.
