“Space Daram” END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION
These are the rules (the “End User Licence Agreement” or “EULA”) we use to protect Space Daram (the “Game”) and our users, including you. We’ve tried to keep them as short as possible, to help you understand how you can use the Game, and any problems that you might encounter. This EULA is a legal agreement between you and us. If you don‘t want to or can‘t agree to this EULA, then you must not buy, download, use or play the Game. We offer the Game through the Steam platform (“Steam”), which is hosted by Valve S.A.R.L. (in the EU) and Valve Corporation (in the US). That means you need a Steam account to play the Game via Steam, and your use of Steam is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. The Steam Subscriber Agreement changes from time to time, and if it becomes inconsistent with this EULA then, where there are conflicts, the Steam Subscriber Agreement takes precedence. Steam lets you get a refund for the Game in some cases. You’re only allowed to use the Game and send personal information to us if you are 13 years or older and your parent or legal guardian has read this EULA and explained it to you, and provided us with their consent to your use of the Game.
SUMMARY
This EULA is a legal agreement between us and you.
It describes how you are permitted to use the Game.
If you break these rules, we may stop you using the Game, or ask our lawyers to get in touch.
The Game is currently in “Early Access” and may include bugs or errors.
The Game is provided on an “as is” basis.
This EULA may change from time to time.
ONE MAJOR RULE
The one major rule is that you must not distribute anything we've made unless we specifically agree to it. By "distribute anything we've made" we mean:
give copies of our Game to anyone else;
make commercial use of anything we've made;
try to make money from anything we've made; or
let other people get access to anything we've made in a way that is unfair or unreasonable;
unless we specifically agree to it.
“The Game” or “what we have made” includes, but is not limited to, the client or server software for Space Daram on all platforms, including updates, patches, downloadable content, add-ons, or modified versions.
USING OUR GAME
You are granted a license to use and play the Game on your personal device. This permission is personal to you, so you may not distribute the Game or any part of it.
If you have bought the Game, you may experiment with it. Mods are allowed, but you may not distribute Modded Versions of the Game client or server software.
Screenshots and videos of gameplay are allowed, including monetized content on video-sharing sites, as long as you do not make unfair commercial use of our assets.
Do not rip and share assets from the Game.
All downloads and updates must come from an authorized source. Third-party tools or services must not appear “official.”
OWNERSHIP OF OUR GAME AND OTHER THINGS
We own the Game, its content, and its brands. You are purchasing a license to use the Game—not ownership of the Game itself.
Mods created from scratch belong to you, as long as they do not include substantial parts of our code or content and are not sold.
CONTENT
If you make any content available using our Game, you grant us and others the right to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, and publicly display that content. This permission is irrevocable.
You must not upload illegal, offensive, dishonest, or infringing content.
We may remove any content at our discretion.
UPDATES
Updates, upgrades, and patches may be released, but we are not obligated to provide ongoing support. Updates may affect compatibility with Mods. The Game is in Early Access.
LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
The Game is provided “as is,” with no guarantees of performance, quality, or security.
The laws of the Republic of Korea govern the interpretation of this EULA and claims for its breach.
Your local laws govern other claims and disputes.
TERMINATION
We may terminate this EULA if you breach its terms. You may terminate it by uninstalling the Game.
Ownership and liability sections continue after termination.
GENERAL STUFF
Your local laws may grant rights that override parts of this EULA.
We may update this EULA, and changes will apply when legally permitted.
Suggestions submitted to us are considered free unless we agree otherwise in writing.
