END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR TAPPER'S FIEFDOM
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
[Fading Interactive] ("Licensor") grants you (the "End User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game software ("Tapper's Fiefdom") solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any title or ownership in the Software.
2. EARLY ACCESS & "AS IS" DISCLAIMER.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND IS CURRENTLY IN AN EARLY ACCESS STATE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY CONTAIN BUGS, DEFECTS, AND ERRORS, AND IS SUBJECT TO ONGOING DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGES. LICENSOR PROVIDES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SOFTWARE'S FUNCTIONALITY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE.
You may not: (a) Reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Software; (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (c) Use cheats, automation tools, or exploits that give you an unfair advantage or interfere with the game experience of others; (d) Use the Software for any commercial purpose.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC).
If the Software allows you to create UGC, you grant the Licensor an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your UGC in connection with the Software.
5. TERMINATION.
The license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate your license for misconduct (e.g., cheating).
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE SOFTWARE.
7. GOVERNING LAW.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
