This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between Park Yong-Pil (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and you (hereinafter referred to as the "End User").

The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one copy of the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of the Software and all Intellectual Property Rights therein remain with the Licensor. End User acknowledge that all title and copyrightsin and to the Software (including, but not limited to, any games, images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and 'applets' incorporated into the Software) are owned by the Licensor or its suppliers. End User agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. End User shall not (a) use the Software for any commercial purpose; (b) copy, modify, distribute, or transfer the Software; (c) use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Software. The Software is provided 'AS IS'and 'WITH ALL FAULTS'. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Korea.
