End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (this ”EULA”) is a (NOT) legal agreement between you and Marisol (”Mary”) Susie Machina(”Licensee”) and Machina Inc.(”Licensor”), the author of N0-V4, including sprites and code (”the Software”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, then press [Esc] to close the Software.

1. Grant of License

A) Scope of License. You can play the game, nice.


B) Installation and Use.

* You’ve installed it so...

* Licensee can ONLY remotely control the Software (N0-V4) under the supervision of the Licensor.

* Licensee can NOT under any circumstances remove N0-V4 from Machina Inc.

* Licensor can tamper with Licensee’s application and computer if need be.


C) Reproduction and Distribution.

* This is classified. Don’t.
