This Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") is entered into between School-Izumi (hereinafter "we" or "us") and you (hereinafter "the User"), who purchases, installs, or uses Mahjong girl Kshity-Gurpa (hereinafter "the Software"). By installing or using the Software, the User is deemed to have agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.
1.Definitions
・"The Software": Mahjong girl Kshity-Gurpa and its related files, updates, and DLC.
・"License": The usage rights granted under this Agreement.
2.Grant of License
We grant the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to the Software. This license is valid only for personal use. The User may install and use the Software on one device. The creation of backup copies is permitted, but commercial distribution is prohibited.
3.Usage Restrictions
The User is prohibited from the following acts:
・Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the Software.
・Redistributing, lending, or selling the Software to third parties.
・Injecting malware or attempting unauthorized access.
・Using cheat tools in online features (multiplayer).
・In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the license and take legal action.
4.Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the Software (copyrights, trademarks, patents) belong to us. The User shall not engage in any acts that infringe these rights.
5.Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is," and we make no warranties whatsoever (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We shall not be liable for bugs, data loss, or indirect damages. Except in cases of our gross negligence, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price. The User's damages caused by our gross negligence are excluded from this limitation.
6.Termination
If the User violates this Agreement, we may terminate the license without notice. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and delete it.
7.Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, with the Fukushima District Court designated as the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes. For dispute resolution, please first contact us.
8.Amendments
