This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Player”) and Screw Propellers (“Developer”) regarding the use of the game Leaf Blower Something (“Game”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the terms below.

Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the Game
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission

The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain with the Developer.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.

The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
